Boba Fett, Star Wars
Boba Fett, Star Wars
I have decided to add this very simple extra blog to The Art Gear Guide. While challenging myself and trying to improve my own artistic skills, I like many others add work in progress images of our art to social media sites. I wanted to keep a slightly more secure and comprehensive catalog of my work in progress images, but also maintaining some form of organisation. This new section simply called "Recent Projects" will act as a blog and have the name of the project, or in this case the name of the character I am drawing as the title. When you enter the blog or post it will simply display, in chronological order, work in progress images.
Art Supplies
This drawing of Boba Feet, has been completed using the following art supplies. A Staedtler Mars Technico 3H Clutch Pencil, Faber Castell Polychromos colored pencils, Copic Markers, Spectrum Noir Marker Pens, Caran D'Ache Luminance colored pencils, White Uni Ball Signo Broad pen, on Strathmore 500 Series Bristol Plate Paper.
Final Thoughts
For the first time in a long time, I am actually really happy with the result of my Boba Feet drawing. I must make you aware, this is not a commission, this drawing is for my own use and to help me improve my own drawing skills or lack there of.
As you can tell from the final image and the scanned image, this is my first time scanning and refining an image. I am not sure which is the better and would love any tips and advice for scanning in finished art.
